Our history

Ellipse Group was born with the goal of building a European group specialised in several high technology value added sectors.

Ellipse Group build on the achievements of Ellipse Projects, a company that, for over a decade, demonstrated its ability to develop health and digital infrastructure.

Drawing on this expertise, we decided in 2023 to set up two specialised subsidiaries – Ellipse Digital and Ellipse Healthcare – with a view to fostering the emergence of an ambitious international group to meet the big challenges of our time.

Our human expertise and recognised technological know-how play a critical role in supporting organisations as they deploy sustainable solutions. In this, we remain true to the approach that we have taken since the very beginning, namely to pursue a vision of excellence while supporting projects that enhance the quality of life of our communities.
